Great fins so far

So far these fins feel great. Good hold and plenty of drive. Very happy with them.

Very nice

Big and lots of drive, bot not so swept back that they won’t turn.

Using these in a long fishy looking 6’ 8” with a fairly wide swallow tail.

Fast quads for monster set bombs on a SUP

Had a problem making a close out section at my local break when conditions got double overhead with my usual thruster set of fins on an old Naish 9’0” Hokua GT. Decided to go with these large quad sets to get more speed, but what I got was way more than I expected. Works so well with the pulled in squash tail and extra volume a SUP gives you. Let’s me paddle in way early, immediate acceleration on the drop, quad helps me keep a high line high on the wave face, generates a ton of speed down the line allowing me to make this close out section that barrels at the end. Getting out before the barrel clamps is priceless. These quads work so well with this board. When the wave is more open, quick hits off the lips and cutbacks are possible at speed. Curve out the back of the fins seems to help the fins rotate in fast tight carves in the wave face. More maneuverability than I expected from a quad set.
