Shipping Methods & Order Processing Timelines

Order Processing:

  • Standard & Ground: Allow 2-3 business days to process your order
  • FedEx Express: Allow 1 business day to process your order

U.S. Shipping Rates & Timelines

We ship from our distribution center in North Carolina on business days Monday-Friday (excluding weekends & all U.S. Federal holidays)

Standard Shipping (Orders Over $65.00 Ship Free USPS Priority)

  • Continental U.S USPS First Class: $5.00 (2-7 business days delivery time)
  • Alaska, Hawaii USPS Priority:  $8.00 (3-7 business days delivery time)

Express Shipping

  • FedEx Express: $10.00 (3-4 business days, No PO boxes)

U.S. PO Box Shipping:  PO Boxes & APO/FPO addresses are limited to only Standard shipping method.   

Delivery Time: Time begins calculating once order has shipped from the warehouse.

International Shipping

The following shipping options are available for international orders:

  • FedEx International Economy (5-10 business days. Delivery Monday-Friday. Shipping to PO boxes unavailable with this option)

For all deliveries outside of the United States, in addition to appropriate international shipping charges, you will be responsible for all local taxes, duties, tariffs or other similar charges or impositions (including VAT) associated with your purchase, if any. By placing your order, you are agreeing that you will be responsible for and will pay, as due, all such charges, as applicable.

Packages may take 7-10 business days (or more depending on customs) to reach their destination. For all deliveries outside of the U.S., in addition to appropriate international shipping charges, you will be responsible for any and all local taxes, duties, tariffs or other similar charges or impositions (including VAT) associated with your purchase, if any. By placing your order, you are agreeing that you will be responsible for and will pay, as due, all such charges, as applicable.

FAQ

Confirmation Email - Once an order has been submitted, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided with your order.

Cancelling Order - To cancel an order, please immediately reply to the confirmation email. We cannot guarantee that cancellation will be possible.

Modifying Order - Once an order has been submitted, its contents cannot be modified. Please be sure to input the correct address, email, payment method, and item selections. We cannot change the colors, styles or sizes of your selections once the order has been confirmed.

Order Tracking - After your order has been processed and shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the email address provided.

Out of Stock Items - If an order cannot be fulfilled, the order will be cancelled within 1-4 business days and the payment authorization will be terminated. The customer will be notified of the cancellation at this time. Please note that it may take additional time for the funds to return to your account depending on your bank’s policies.

If one or more items in an order are found to be out of stock, Captain Fin Co. will proceed with shipping the remaining items and adjust the order subtotal to reflect these changes. The customer will be notified within the shipment email sent out after the order has left our facility. Currently, we are unable to make substitutions for out-of-stock items.
