Really fun fins lots of speed and control and drivey
Surfed them waist high to a couple feet over head beach breaks. Really stoked on them. For a 230 pound man they work exactly how I hoped they would! I feel like a nimble cat !
2 things make a great twin fin. The shaper & the template.
I love 2+1 setup and have been using them for several years . I grew up back in the 80's twin fin era and can relate well to this setup. I started riding twin +1 with a Rob Machado board a few years back. I have had several sets to compare these to including MR and Channel islands twin +1 . These stack up extremely well with the best of them. At first I was a little concerned about the stiffness and rather large size of the side fins . Been extremely happy with this fin set as it feels loose and very fast with good control. I got a little slidey at first pushing them around like a thruster . Rode them at Honolua Bay (,my local winter spot ) late winter and now on Summer South swells . Right now enjoying them on a Slater Gamma in helium (I know , weird combo but it works great) . Highly recommend these . I feel young again .
